The SOT-G Fitness  plans are available in (3) phases: Basic, Intermediate or Advanced, Each phase has 2 stages.

How is that possible you ask?   Well,  it starts with us getting a rough idea of your fitness levels.   Who gives the test?  it’s the magic of self for self,  it’s done by you, for you!   we’ll send you a fitness assessment or what is commonly referred to as a “ fitness routine”,   when you start this routine you must complete all the exercises as best you can within the prescribe time with the allotted rest time between sets.   You’ll need to be honest when logging your times and numbers , if you suck, then you suck, this is the only way for us to get an accurate picture of your level of fitness.   Please keep in mind that these workouts are designed to get you ready for the challenge event but they can be used for overall fitness.
