Overview
Over the past decade we have seen a surge in female CEO’s, CFO’s and business owners. The responsibility for their respective organizations is the same for them as it is for males. However, in a catastrophic crisis the tools Evaluate, Plan and Execute can elude the most experienced executive. The effectiveness of any gender based Leadership program is usually directed toward the perception of the Chief Executives and Senior Executives appreciation for the corporate ladder. This perception dynamic is even more critical when the topic of leadership training and personal security is brought up. Therefore, we have tailored a program to fit your needs.
The building blocks for this program are grounded in the success of the Leadership Under Fire Seminar. However, the goals may be the same but the approach will be different. This program would start with mental stress, physical pressure and loss of the group dynamic, where as the Leadership Under Fire stress was manufactured by physical fitness, sleep depravation and failure.
Today there are many misconceptions pertaining to what threats business executives actually face. The threats we face on a day-to-day basis are not any different than those that we all faced pre 9/11. This type of crisis management is part and parcel to what members of the military receive equally in permissive, semi-permissive and hostile environments. We all need to be vigilant against street crimes, work place violence, and civil disturbances. As a Leader we will teach you to act and not react to increasingly unstable environments around the world. We will give you beneficial knowledge from our years of lessons learned to sharpen your awareness. To achieve this level of awareness needed, we will focus on 3 key areas for Leadership in crisis prevention and protection.
