The YPO “Leadership Under Fire” is a unique seminar created and tailored for YPO members that want to individually challenge themselves in a group environment. The program allows our guests to look inside and experience the inter-workings of the US Military and to gain better understanding of the challenge faced by these warriors every day. 

A coherent, proven approach to team-building and leadership is very much in demand. Such an approach exists in today’s military, where powerful leadership and effective teamwork are more than just concepts they're necessities. Our personal growth and challenge course utilizes the leadership, team-building techniques and strategies of Navy SEAL units and guides YPO members in creating, training, and leading teams that are successful at carrying out the company's mission. As increasing focus is placed on fully utilizing and leveraging the value of employees, mangers, owners and leaders are finding that strong team leadership can be the answer to increasing productivity, reducing turnover, and boosting morale. Built around inspiring real-life experiences and training scenarios from the Navy SEALs, our no-nonsense program will put participants into situations that will show how to:

        • Communicate objectives simply and forcefully, yet professionally

        • Build flexible, dynamic organizational structures.

        • Acquire and keep important team members

        • Gain the trust and loyalty of team members

        • Prevent bureaucracy within chains of command

        • Effectively train their eventual replacements

        • Plan and prepare for crisis

        • Make training relevant

        • Exercise decisions under heavy pressure

        • Be evaluated as individuals in “SEAL” environment
