Leadership Under Fire® Series

Overview

The YPO “Leadership Under Fire” level 2 is the next step in their Leadership continuum with the SEAL’s. The level of experience of the YPO graduates from level 1 program will be instrumental and essential in order for them to capitalize on the training and realism they will encounter during the level 2.  This program is framed with specific learning objectives that must be met. The objectives are simple with overarching lessons in Risk Mitigation, Anticipating Crises with an emphasis on contingency planning. This type of training will force them to think outside the box, act instead of react and anticipate events with minimal information.

The purpose of the program is designed to build on the level 1 training program and inspiring each YPO’er to adapt at an accelerated rate. Our training puts the YPO’ers into situations that will be focused on the following areas:

        • Thinking Outside The Box

        • Uncertainty

        • Mental fortitude

        • Threat analysis

        • Risk Mitigation

        • Anticipating Crisis

        • Contingency Planning

        • Communication

        • Operational Inertia

        • Team work
