Leadership Under Fire® Series

level 3

Overview

The “Leadership Under Fire -Level 3” was created  as a continuum outside the

YPO series.  It capitalizes on the training and realism experienced in the Level 1 and  Level 2 seminars.  The experiences and life tools learned during the direct action micro missions are coupled with learning objectives  that are the framework for this program.  The objectives

are simple with an overarching lesson in peer‐to‐peer collaboration and an emphasis on

contingency planning.  We will teach you to utilize and leverage the strengths of others to increase productivity, reduce turnover and boost morale in these uncertain times.   This type of training is instrumental in military training by forcing action in a  simulated permissive, semi-permissive or hostile environment.  This type of training will force  you to think

outside the box, act instead of react and anticipate events with minimal information.

Although this type of immersion training is derived from the military, it's totally

applicable to the domestic and global markets. What you takes home is

immeasurable in today’s business environment, as more and more focus is placed on

leaders to calm the fears of employees and managers.

Building what each team member already knows, this training program will challenge

the most seasoned  leader at an accelerated rate.

Our training pipeline will put the participants into situations that will be focused on the following areas:

        • Communication (Chain Of Command)

        • Commander’s intent
