SEAL Pup Weekend
SEAL Pup Weekend
Leadership Under Fire® Series
Overview
The “SEAL Pup Challenge” was created and tailored for Fathers and their sons that want to focus on teamwork, communication and relationship building. This is coupled with additional focus against peer pressures that is often formed by large groups. Where society is now adopting mediocrity. This program will be an investment into the bonds that form when a parent and child share a life‐changing event. Our goal is to give them both life tools and experiences that they will enable them to build on and share with the rest of their family. The objectives are simple, overarching lessons of cause and effect, ethics and collaboration with emphasis on contingency planning. The father‐son teams will be challenged in a simulated permissive environment. This type of training will force them to think outside the box, act instead of react and anticipate
events with minimal information. Although this type of immersion training is derived from the military, it is totally applicable to the family unit that are under siege from outside stimulation and pressure of day to day life. What each father‐son team will takes home is immeasurable in today’s global environments.
Our training puts the participants into situations that will be focused on the following
areas:
• Communication
• Listening
• Trust
• Relationship
• Peer pressures
• Risk Mitigation
• Threat analysis
• Personal defense
• Fight or Flight
• Mental fatigue
• Team work
• Leadership
• Causality (cause and effect)
