The Tip of the Spear is a 360-degree program designed for one thing, to build the complete warrior. The form, function and design of the program will enable you to bring your best weapon to the fight…YOU. No waiting by using diets, over priced trainers or some fitness device gathering dust or even worse, does not work…you simply arm yourself!

- A fit and capable Body
- And above all a positive Attitude
These 3 pieces to your success will help you defeat the enemy and avoid setbacks and pitfalls that derail weaker individuals. Do not believe that the enemy is not out there. They are setting traps to sabotage your every effort every minute of the day. ARM YOURSELF!
A bad day working out with us is better than any good day at doing nothing to prepare yourself for the daily challenges ahead. This is no hollowed out boot camp! It’s training in its simplest form.
